Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Maintaining and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
  • New Client Acquisition & Business generation.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
  • Make network through Social Networking sites, Event, Promotion to define new ways of doing business.
  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
  • Coordination with Credit team for Sanction of the file.

Job Profile:

  • The position calls for a banking officer who can develop new, profitable business relationships for the bank and service existing accounts. Candidates should be able to work with colleagues to cross-sell bank services and to network with professionals in the community for the purpose of bringing new business clients to the bank. The relationship manager will be expected to participate in local civic and cultural activities.
  • To manage and enhance the existing commercial portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial non-financial objectives.
