Principal Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned

  • Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers

  • Ability to drive “sales targets” of multiple products – Loan/Real Estate & Insurance

  • Identify sales opportunities for the Secured/Unsecured Loans, Real Estate & Insurance products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships

  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

  • Develop relationship with Builders, Realtor's, CA, DSA, Connectors and corporate to leverage business.

  • Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities

  • Source the right candidate's from current database and through Job Portals, Vendor Management, References, Advertisements, Head Hunting, Bulk Hiring, College Campus, Job Fair and Networking.

  • Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.

  • Conducting telephonic & Personal Interview of the candidate. Coordinating with the candidates by giving them the full information about the job profile as well as the company's profile.

  • Screening candidates based on the requirements.

  • Release offer letter & appointment letter.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates with excellent communication skills.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities for the Secured/Unsecured Loans products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships

  • Generate fresh leads through self sourcing/references

  • Ability to use all communication platforms effectively like telephone, email, and face to face.

  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

  • Develop relationship with Builders, Realtor's, CA, DSA , Connectors and corporate to leverage business.

  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.

  • Ability to drive “sales targets” of multiple loan products – Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL etc.

  • Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.

  • Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers

  • Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.

  • Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
