Principal Responsibilities

Understanding the products and services provided by the company

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email/call/ticketing tools

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Establish and maintain good relationship with customers by using positive language and interactive communication

Provide accurate and complete information to customers

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Ability to explain complex concepts in a clearer and simpler manner to customers

Excellent command over written and verbal English language

Keep track of customer interactions

Take the extra mile to engage customers
Job Requirements

Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer support

Strong call-handling abilities with excellent active listening skills

Experienced in working with CRM software and customer service practices

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently

Flexible and adaptable in responding to various customer situations

Languages known: English and Hindi; proficiency in Tamil and Marathi is an added advantage
