Principal Responsibilities

  • Understanding the products and services provided by the company

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email/call/ticketing tools

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers by using positive language and interactive communication

  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clearer and simpler manner to customers

  • Excellent command over written and verbal English language

  • Keep track of customer interactions

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer support

  • Strong call-handling abilities with excellent active listening skills

  • Experienced in working with CRM software and customer service practices

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently

  • Flexible and adaptable in responding to various customer situations

  • Languages known: English and Hindi; proficiency in Tamil and Marathi is an added advantage
