Introduction

At Andromeda Sales and Distribution Private Limited (“We” or “Us”), we respect your right to privacy. You have the right to withdraw the consent previously granted to us for the use, storage, processing or sharing of your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. You may also request deletion of your data from our systems.

Consent withdrawal may apply to:

  • Sharing your data with third parties and our network of lending partners
  • Communications from us for marketing, support, or promotional purposes

Upon receiving your request, we will take necessary steps to delete your data unless there is a legal or regulatory obligation to retain it. We reserve the right to retain certain information, strictly limited to:

  • Exercising or defending legal rights
  • Assisting regulatory authorities in investigations of fraud or unlawful activities

Please note: If your loan or credit card application has been shared with any lending partner or if you have availed credit facilities through such a partner, they may continue to retain and process your information. This may include contacting you or retaining your data until the loan is fully repaid, along with any applicable dues. Retention and processing of your data by lending partners is governed by their respective privacy policies and regulatory obligations.

How to Withdraw Consent

You may initiate a consent withdrawal request through any of the following channels:

Channel-01. Contact Us Form: Visit our website and select “Bureau Consent Revoke” as the reason in the Contact Us form”

Channel-02. Website Footer Link: Use the “Bureau Consent Revoke” link available at the footer of our website

Channel-03. Via Your Andromeda Point of Contact: Request your Andromeda representative to raise the revoke request through our CRM system

Channel-04. Email or Call:

  • Call: 18001233001 (Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Your request will be promptly reviewed and appropriate action will be taken to honour your decision.

Data Deletion

Upon successful submission of your consent withdrawal request:

  • Your credit information will be permanently deleted from our systems
  • You will receive a confirmation of the deletion via email

While your data will be deleted from our systems, we may retain certain non-personal or anonymized information for analytics or audit purposes, if allowed by law.
