Personal Loan Charges
I took a personal loan of Rs. 49, 951 from GE Money. I was charged a processing fee of Rs.1, 000. I also seemed to have selected the option of insurance for which I have been charged Rs. 1, 833 as the insurance premium and administrative charges.
Now, the bank has sent me a letter which states that an EMI of Rs.2, 875 per month is payable for 24 months. The rate of interest is 16.75 per cent (flat). How do I get issues clarified with the bank?
